Love is Diversity, Inclusion and Equity

Devan Nambiar has trained over 500 organizations in cultural and clinical competencies on 2SLGBTQ+, diversity, inclusivity and equity.

GHIS training and education’s goal is to assist organizations and its staff engage and focus on the now and present to create a lasting change via an equity lens. By being mindful of our actions, thoughts, values (learned or assimilated), biases, attitudes and beliefs we can create change for the betterment of all.

The objective of the training is to create awareness by fostering trust, respect, dignity and being open to the numerous possibilities of self. The training helps individuals by creating potentials to achieve and maintain integrity, authenticity, sensitivity and empathy in the process of transformation.

It is in our natural state to be fully involved in life and its journey. By creating self-awareness and practice being centered, a person is able to move forward and lead others to achieve the goals.

I learned many things from you, both on a personal level and a professional level. You have forever changed the way I will provide medical care to LGBT patients and I am very grateful for that.
